Regarding Lt. Prakash Doley death case several Mishing Community called for an indefinite road
blockade on all roads connecting Assam with Arunachal in June 2025.
Team AAPPTF visited victim family along with AAPTF East Siang District Unit & Mishing Community
Organizations & assured victim family to take the matter to the highest level, Meanwhile also
requested the Mishing Organization and family members to lift the indefi nite bandh call by them and
keep the brotherhood of Assam and Arunachal strong and friendly.

Shri Techi Freed, State Working President, AAPPTF appealing Mishing Organization and the family
to call off the indefinite bandh as it effects both relationship between states and also the Public Transport
Sectors as many are hand to mouth daily earners, He also added that AAPPTF is with the
family and seeks justice for Lt. Prakash Doley.

Team AAPPTF with Shri Narshing Pawar, IAS, Deputy Commissioner of Dhemaji District, Assa
regarding the blockade of various transport vehicles proceeding towards Arunachal Pradesh in the
death case of Lt. Telung Panyi in Nov’ 2020 for which the DC acted swiftly and ordered to
release the commercial transport vehicle immediately.

Shri Tasso Gambo, Deputy Commissioner of Upper Subansiri District, A.P, Shri Thutan Jamba, SP,
Upper Subansiri District, A.P and Shri Dobing Sonam, State President, AAPPTF, meeting with Truck
Driver Association Assam regarding Lt. Sanjay Nath Murder Case. The meeting was successful after
the intervention of AAPPTF and assurance by the SP Upper Subansiri District, A.P, hence the bandh
was called off if not the bandh would have affected 6 Districts of Arunachal.

Assam regarding bandh call by Truck Associatin of Assam in the case of Lt. Sanjay Nath.

Team AAPPTF with State President, Shri Dobing Sonam visited Shri Rujjum Rakshap, Deputy
Commissioner of Likabali, Lower Siang District, A.P, regarding complain received by Assam Transport
Union & others in the matter of irregularities and misbehviour of Police Personal during checking
and issuing of ILP for which the DC took immediate action, hence the Assam Union counterpart
uplifted their bandh call.

Tawang District Unit under the guidance of Tawnag AAPPTF President Shri Tashi Dhondhup & Team.
